The bagel recipe I used, I found online. I was looking for something that didnt call for gluten...Since I dont have that here. Giving credit where credit is due(because boy these were good)
Bagel Recipe here. I figured.. If these people have been making them professionally for years and at least scaled it down for the common person. Its gotta be good! And yup it was!! I am going to add cinnamon to the next one. :D
